Teen Fit Program
We are pleased to introduce a Teen Fit program here at Bluenose! This 45 minute dry land training program is geared to our young audience. The workouts will be a combination of body weight, gymnastics training and resistance training with an added cardio component to keep them on their toes. The ultimate goal is to show your kids that training can be fun!
Classes are for ages 11-15 and will run Monday & Friday from 3:30-4:15pm at a low rate of $35/month +tx or $5 +tx one time drop in fee! We understand kids are busy with other sports so this program is meant to supplement their training. It is also a great way to introduce your teen to a healthy lifestyle regardless of their extracurricular interests. Our goal is to keep cost down while providing quality coaching. Once a month we hold a FREE community class where everyone is trying CrossFit for the first time! We are currently taking names for our February session... spaces will be limited. Contact us to reserve your spot today!
