The Daily WOD- which means the “Workout of the Day”, can be viewed before you come to class. Our software auto-posts it every night at 7pm. The WOD is available for all members during designated class times and all classes are one hour in length. Each day the WOD will be different- building on various skills, strength and conditioning that will include a warm up, strength/skill component and workout. During designated open gym times, members have the option of completing the daily WOD or working on specific areas of interest.
